Ordering Policy
All orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time will be shipped that same day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. If there is a backorder, we will promptly notify you prior to shipment. All prices are subject to change without notice. If a price change occurs, we will inform you at the time the order is placed.

Shipping Policy
All ground and air packages are shipped via United Parcel Service. United States Postal Service is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated according to actual weight, distance to final destination from warehouse, and shipping mode. Handling will be incurred with all orders.

Warranty Information
Product warranties begin from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects. Products that are subject to abuse, improper assembly and normal wear will not be covered under this warranty.

Return Policy
Fair Play Golf must authorize all returns. All returns must be shipped within 20 days from the date received and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Products that are subject to abuse, improper assembly and normal wear are not returnable. All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid.
